First accordion KOTNIK was made by Viktor Kotnik in 1984. His desire brings him to make his own diatonic accordion. As musician he deals with music for over 50 years. Production then expanded to his son Andrej, that momentarily lead current business with his wife Karmen.
At biennial exhibition of local craft in Slovenj Gradec, Viktor Kotnik received mark of quality, awarded by OZS.
